The purpose of this organization shall be to obtain for its members through collective bargaining and other lawful means, the regulation of relations between its members and those who employ their services, to obtain improvements in the terms and conditions of their employment, and matters related thereto, to protect them from arbitrary or unjust treatment in respect to their employment and to promote equality of its members regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or physical challenges.
