The Beef Cattle Research Council (BCRC) is Canada's national industry-led funding agency for beef research. The BCRC is funded through a portion of producer-paid national levy as well as government funding, and is directed by a committee of beef producers from across the country. The BCRC's mandate is to determine research and development priorities for the Canadian beef cattle industry and to administer national check-off funds allocated to research.

Comité formé en vertu de la Loi sur les banques et composé d'au moins trois administrateurs dont la majorité ne fait pas partie du groupe de la banque et dont aucun membre n'est un dirigeant ou un employé de la banque ou de ses filiales. Le comité de révision devra examiner les opérations permises pour s'assurer qu'elles sont effectuées aux conditions du marché. Il a pour tâche de mettre en place des mécanismes de révision des opérations avec les apparentés, de revoir tout projet d'opérations avec ces derniers et de revoir les pratiques de la banque afin de s'assurer que les opérations effectuées avec des apparentés et susceptibles de porter atteinte à la solvabilité ou à la stabilité de l'institution soient reconnues.

Les conditions régissant toutes les opérations entre l'institution financière et le fonds commun de créances doivent être approuvées par le comité de révision de l'institution financière de façon que ces opérations soient conclues au minimum aux conditions du marché (et réglées à temps).
