Elles sont basées sur l'audiométrie tonale ou sur l'audiométrie vocale. (...) En France, le législateur a retenu la formule de Fournier : Perte auditive moyenne (en dB) = Perte 500 + (2 X Perte 1000 + Perte 2) [divisé par] 4. Ce déficit est calculé pour la meilleure oreille mais, dans le cas présent, la différence est en règle peu importante.
