An intrahepatic benign tumor composed of small bile ducts lined by normal-appearing epithelium set in a fibrous stroma.

CONT

Bile duct adenoma. Firm, pale discrete nodules rarely over 1 cm in diameter. Composed of cuboidal epithelial channels or ducts separated by scant to abundant connective tissue. Generally considered to be hamartomas, usually an incidental finding.

L'adénome cholangiocellulaire, ou cholangiome bénin, ou adénome des voies biliaires intrahépatiques, ou adénome biliaire, se compose de tubules, revêtus d'un épithélium de type biliaire et situés dans un stroma fibreux modérément abondant.

CONT

L'adénome biliaire ou cholangiome bénin ou cholangioadénome est une lésion bénigne du foie qui consiste en une prolifération de structures biliaires non kystiques entourées d'un stroma fibreux dense.

OBS

Le cholangiome bénin est exceptionnel, le cholangiome est généralement malin.
