BUZZ SESSION [4 records]

Record 1 2008-06-05

English

Subject field(s)
  • Leadership Techniques (Meetings)
DEF

Informal discussion in small groups.

CONT

The PTA meeting will be opened to informal buzz sessions.

CONT

Every effort must be made to assist the participant in becoming a part of the program. His participation should be encouraged through buzz sessions, open discussion, feed backs, cooperative decision making and other ways.

French

Domaine(s)
  • Techniques d'animation des réunions
DEF

DEF

In a buzz session the audience is divided into small groups for a limited period of time. Each group member is asked to contribute his or her ideas or thoughts. Buzz sessions can be used to develop questions for a speaker or panel, offer ideas regarding how to address an issue in the future, or react to the information that has been presented in the session. Buzz groups can be used in general sessions or concurrent sessions.
