Community Economic Development and Employability Committees (CEDECs) are regional-based, volunteer committees that form the link between the National Committee (NHRDC) and the Community Table and the ongoing efforts of community leaders and organizations. The volunteers who make up the CEDECs come from the communities they represent. So they understand local future, geography and the evolving needs of the different segments of the population. Les Comités d'employabilité et du développement économique communautaire (CEDEC) sont des comités régionaux composés de bénévoles qui font le lien entre le Comité national (CNDRHC), la Table communautaire et les efforts continus des dirigeants et des organismes présents au sein des communautés. Les bénévoles qui forment les CEDEC proviennent des communautés qu'ils représentent. En plus de bien comprendre la culture et la géographie et leur coin de pays, ils sont aussi à l'écoute des besoins changeants des différents segments de la population des communautés d'où ils proviennent.
