Mutual logistics arrangements between armies to economize time, personnel and resources. Under these arrangements two or more armies agree to provide and receive routine support and emergency support where an army's national resources are temporarily unable to meet critical requirements. Through these arrangements, each army establishes its logistic requirements from other armies, and identifies the requirements placed on it by other armies.

Ententes mutuelles convenues entre armées sur des questions de logistique dans le but d'épargner du temps, des effectifs et des ressources. En vertu de ces ententes, deux armées ou plus conviennent d'un échange de soutien courant et de mesures d'urgence si les ressources nationales d'une armée sont temporairement incapables de satisfaire aux besoins essentiels. Dans le cadre de telles ententes, chaque armée définit le soutien logistique qu'elle attend des autres armées et que les autres armées attendent d'elle.
