The general, "umbrella" French concept of "association" is best rendered in English by "combination": it is, however, common to find more specific references in EN describing the combinations as either containing both insecticide and fungicide, for example, or 2 or more insecticides, or herbicides, etc. Combinations may be sold as such, e.g. AMIZINE (a combination of the herbicides amitrole and simazine), or may be made as tank mixtures just prior to application.
