Canadian Dairy Commission. This program encourages manufacturers of evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk to produce these products during periods of the year when milk supply exceeds market needs. The Concentrated Milk Assistance Program offers financial assistance to manufacturers to offset carrying charges incurred due to additional product storage time.
