An option which allows the buyer of the option to defer payment of premium until such time as the option moves in-the-money. To the extent the cap or floor does not move in-the-money during the life of the contract, there is no premium payment due the option writer. This product has the advantage, of course, of not requiring the buyer to post payment for a cap or floor which may not be called into use. 2, record 1, English, - contingent%20option
