Danofloxacin is a synthetic fluoroquinolone antimicrobial and antimycoplasmal drug. It possesses potent in vitro activity against Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasterurella multocida, Haemophilus somnus and Escherichia coli, the bacterial pathogens most commonly associated with bovine respiratory and enteric disease.
