L'outrage au tribunal "in facie" a trait à des évènements qui ont lieu en présence du tribunal.

OBS

L'outrage au tribunal "in facie" est parfois appelé outrage au tribunal direct par opposition à l'outrage au tribunal ex facie, qui est indirect ("constructive" en anglais). Cette infraction est la plupart du temps commise en présence du tribunal ou dans l'enceinte de la Cour.
