Under the new FF, transactions for FA&HSL vote codes 12 and 15 projects will no longer be processed through the Work In Process (WIP), they will instead be posted directly to the Separately Controlled allotment. In order for this to take place, the FMS code block expander must be modified so that when a transaction is input to the project in FMS, the correct expanded line of coding will be generated causing the appropriate transaction to be posted to the FA&HSL cost centre or RC.

Selon le nouveau CF, les opérations portant sur des projets appartenant aux codes de crédits 12 et 15 dans la GSLAF ne seront plus traitées dans les Travaux en cours (TEC); elles seront plutôt comptabilisées directement dans l'affectation contrôlée séparément. Pour ce faire, on devra modifier l'extenseur du bloc de codage du SGF pour que lorsqu'une opération est portée à un projet dans le SGF, le système génère la bonne ligne de codage étendue pour comptabiliser l'opération correspondante dans le centre de coûts de la GSLAF ou dans un Centre de responsabilité.
