Le transfert d’énergie entre molécules fluorescentes ou transfert d'énergie par résonance de type Förster est un phénomène quantique mettant en jeu deux molécules fluorescentes, à savoir une molécule fluorescente donneuse dans un état électronique excité et pouvant transférer son énergie d’excitation à un chromophore accepteur.
