In 2003 Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS) continued its Government Online Study. The study measures government services usage among approximately 32,000 adults from 32 countries. This presentation exhibits major findings of the study.

Menée à l'aide d'entrevues téléphoniques et en face-à-face de juillet à octobre 2003, l'étude Taylor Nelson Sofres - réalisée en partenariat avec Léger Marketing pour le volet canadien - a rejoint 31 823 personnes provenant de 32 pays à travers le monde. Cette enquête portant sur le e-gouvernement en est à sa troisième édition. Elle vise entre autre à mesurer le niveau d'achalandage sur les sites gouvernementaux, à évaluer la perception des internautes face à la sécurité de ces sites et à connaître les services les plus utilisés.
