Les SGTI [Services gouvernementaux de télécommunications et d'informatique] entreprennent actuellement un exercice de réflexion qui aboutira à une nouvelle stratégie et à une restructuration au printemps 1999. Deux consultants ont été engagés, qui recommanderont des principes de base et un modèle de structure. Le modèle revu et approuvé par la haute direction des SGTI sera présenté à toute la gestion des SGTI (quelque 60 personnes) à Montebello en mars. Le rôle des gestionnaires consistera à proposer des façons de mettre le nouveau modèle en œuvre. Il s'agira du Montebello II.
