Il faut dire «échauffement» de préférence à «réchauffement» parce que échauffer un corps, un liquide, veut dire : En élever progressivement la température, et que s'échauffer veut dire devenir plus chaud, alors que réchauffer veut dire FAIRE CHAUFFER, rendre chaud ce qui s'est refroidi. Se réchauffer et réchauffement s'utilisent surtout en parlant du temps. P. ex. : Le réchauffement de la température. Ou encore : Si le beau temps continue, la mer va se réchauffer.
