A quantitative assay that counts antibody-producing cells. Lymphocytes sensitized against sheep erythrocytes (SRBCs) are placed in agar with SRBCs leaving a clear circular plaque around each cell that produced antibody against SRBC. The plaques are counted and reported as the number of plaque-forming cells (PFCs). 1, record 1, English, - hemolytic%20plaque%20assay

1, record 1, French, - technique%20des%20plages%20d%27h%C3%A9molyse
