The Healthcare Employees Pension Plan (HEPP) is administered by an independent board of trustees. HEPP is jointly trusteed, with half of the 12 member board appointed by participating unions, and the remaining six members appointed by employers through the Regional Health Authorities. Non-union and retired members are also represented.
