Les «granites hypersolvus» sont des granites alcalins ayant cristallisé à une température supérieure à celle de l'exsolution des cristaux mixtes orthose-albite. En fin de refroidissement l'exsolution se produit et donne des microperthites qui constituent le seul feldspath de la roche. [...] De tels granites appartiennent souvent à des complexes annulaires subvolcaniques. On y trouve des amphiboles sodiques et le quartz est volontiers subidiomorphe.
