The Information/Knowledge Management Division provides department-wide leadership in information and knowledge management. The Division acts as a centre of expertise in these disciplines by adopting an enterprise view that focuses on people, interoperability and connectivity through the development of information and knowledge-sharing activities such as architectures, conceptual models, collaboration and networking strategies, policies, standards, records, library, mail and associated directory services. La Division de la gestion de l'information et du savoir assure un rôle de leadership en matière de gestion de l'information et du savoir à travers le Ministère. La Division agit en tant que centre d'expertise dans ces domaines en adoptant une orientation axée sur l'entreprise. Cette orientation met l'accent sur les personnes, l'interopérabilité et la connectivité par l'entremise d'activités de partage d'information et du savoir telles que des architectures, des modèles conceptuels, des stratégies de réseautage et de collaboration, des politiques et des normes, de documents, de la bibliothèque, du service de courrier et autres services associés.
