The IPOA-IUU [International Plan of Action to Prevent, Deter and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing] calls upon all States to develop additional internationally agreed market-related measures to prevent, deter and eliminate [illegal, unreported and unregulated] fishing.
