A summary of the Land Force Development Process (LFDP) is as follows: We collect data from various sources and analyse these to develop issues. After analysis, we plan some remedial action and brief these points through the LFDP for acceptance as learned lessons (LL). We then disseminate this info through various sources. At the heart of the process is an information system which allows all users to access the information throughout the entire process.
