Canadian Rural Partnership, Pilot Projects 2000-2001. Nova Scotia. Federal Partners: Industry Canada; Service Canada. This project will support an outreach coordinator with the Eastern Counties Regional Library, who will teach people how to access library collections outside of their communities through the Internet, using community and school CAP sites.
