The Leadership Table on Homelessness (LTH) is a community-based initiative focused solely on eliminating chronic homelessness in Ottawa. It was launched in June 2008, with the support of United Way Ottawa, City of Ottawa, Ottawa Community Housing, Champlain Local Health Integration Network, Alliance to End Homelessness, Provincial and Federal government departments, and many others.
