During 29 years, the Mexican Seasonal Agricultural Workers Program (M/SAWP) has demonstrated to be a beneficial and successful program for both Canada and Mexico. It has been constituted itself in a model of international cooperation, by demonstrating the possibility of maintain an effective and regulated flow of migrant workers between the two countries.
