Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. This policy takes effect on November 1st, 2006. Together with the four directives, it replaces the following Treasury Board policies: Materiel Management Policy, dated June 8, 1995; Disposal of Surplus Moveable Crown Assets, dated February 10, 2000; Motor Vehicle Policy, dated June 19, 1996; and Executive Vehicle Policy, dated June 1, 2002. This policy applies to all departments as defined in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act, unless specific acts or regulations override it. Secrétariat du Conseil du Trésor du Canada. La présente politique entre en vigueur le 1er novembre 2006. L'entrée en vigueur se fera en même temps pour les quatre directives énumérées en section 3.5. La politique remplace les politiques suivantes du Conseil du Trésor : la Politique sur la gestion du matériel, du 8 juin 1995; la Politique sur l'aliénation des biens meubles en surplus de la Couronne, du 10 février 2000; la Politique sur les véhicules automobiles, du 19 juin 1996; la Politique sur les voitures de fonction, du 1er juin 2002. Cette politique s'applique à tous les ministères au sens où l'entend l'article 2 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, à moins que certaines lois ou certains règlements aient préséance.
