Le Programme de mentorat est conçu pour aider les nouveaux entrepreneurs et ceux qui sont déjà en affaires dans les premiers stades d'une entreprise. Les nouveaux entrepreneurs (stagiaires) recevront les conseils de gens d'affaires plus expérimentés (mentors) sur les décisions stratégiques parfois difficiles à faire. Les mentors provenant de la communauté des affaires locale peuvent donner leur appui et développer une relation de confiance avec les nouveaux entrepreneurs, les aidant ainsi à éviter au départ certains pièges et à augmenter leurs chances de succès.
