A land transportation service, by bus or light rail train, to be established between the cities of Montréal and of Mirabel for the opening of the Mirabel International Airport (Montréal-Mirabel) in 1975. 1, record 1, English, - Transport%20rapide%20r%C3%A9gional%20a%C3%A9roportuaire%20Montr%C3%A9al%2DMirabel

The service never existed and the Dorval (International) Airport (Montréal-Dorval), now the Montréal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (Montréal-Trudeau), is the main airport for the city of Montréal. The Montréal-Mirabel Airport, still used for cargo flights and, up to Autumn 2004, for charter flights, can likely close. 1, record 1, English, - Transport%20rapide%20r%C3%A9gional%20a%C3%A9roportuaire%20Montr%C3%A9al%2DMirabel
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 2 OBS
In any designation, "Montréal" is always written with an accent, the form being the only one registered in the Incorporation Act of the city. The French designation was the official form, the English one being used in current language. The names of the cities of Montréal and of Mirabel (always in this order) are hyphenated to establish the link between the two ends of the transit-to-be. 1, record 1, English, - Transport%20rapide%20r%C3%A9gional%20a%C3%A9roportuaire%20Montr%C3%A9al%2DMirabel

Système de transport terrestre par autobus ou train léger rapide entre les villes de Montréal et de Mirabel devant entrer en vigueur pour l'ouverture de l'aéroport international de Mirabel (Montréal-Mirabel) en 1975. 3, record 1, French, - Transport%20rapide%20r%C3%A9gional%20a%C3%A9roportuaire%20Montr%C3%A9al%2DMirabel
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS

3, record 1, French, - Transport%20rapide%20r%C3%A9gional%20a%C3%A9roportuaire%20Montr%C3%A9al%2DMirabel
