CONT

La NLPC [néphrolithototomie percutanée]. Le patient est placé en décubitus ventral et ses cavités rénales sont ponctionnées sous contrôle scopique grâce au produit de contraste injecté par la sonde urétérale. Lorsque l'aiguille de ponction est en place, elle permet de créer par dilatation un chenal de travail matérialisé par une gaine en plastique. À travers cette gaine sera passé un néphroscope qui permettra de repérer le ou les calculs.
