Founded in 2008, the Ontario Special Constable Association (OSCA) was created to be a medium through which special constables [could] share information [and] impart knowledge [about] their profession. In 2015, [it] officially became a registered association with the Province of Ontario, giving [its members] standing to lobby various levels of government.
