A mechanized equipment consisting of a rail on which hang evenly-spaced swing trays or hooks that carry the loads.

overhead monorail chain conveyor: An overhead conveyor consisting of a rail on which hang swing trays or hooks which are connected to the driving chain.

overhead twin rail chain conveyor: An overhead conveyor comprising two tracks one above the other, the lower track accommodating swing trays or hooks and the upper the driving chain. This arrangement enables to concentrate the swing trays or hooks at given locations.
