Launched in January 2005, Own the Podium 2010 is a national sport technical initiative designed to help Canada's winter athletes win the most number of medals at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver, and to place in the top three nations (gold medal count) at the 2010 Paralympic Winter Games. The initiative is a collaborative effort supported by all of Canada's winter national sport organizations (NSOs) and the major winter sport funding partners, including Sport Canada, the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC), the Canadian Paralympic Committee (CPC), the Calgary Olympic Development Association (CODA), the Government of British Columbia, the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (VANOC), and several of VANOC's corporate sponsors. 2, record 1, English, - Own%20the%20Podium%202010

Lancé en janvier 2005, À nous le podium 2010 est une nouvelle initiative sportive technique nationale qui vise à aider les athlètes des sports d'hiver du Canada à remporter le plus grand nombre de médailles aux Jeux olympiques d'hiver de 2010 à Vancouver et à placer le Canada parmi les trois premières nations (au décompte des médailles d'or) aux Jeux paralympiques d'hiver de 2010.
