[Les Amimonites de la famille des parkinsonidae ont une] coquille discoïde, à faible involution, [à] ombilic large, côtes nombreuses régulières, légèrement proverses généralement bifurquées marginalement sous un petit tubercule avant d'atteindre la ligne siphonale où elles disparaissent brusquement. Sillon et ornementation s'effacent au stade adulte ou sénile. [Ils ont une] ouverture à apophyses jugales ou ventrales et précédée d'une constriction (...)
