After the PMP (People Management Plan) was endorsed, the PMC was created to oversee the implementation of the initiatives and report to the departmental Management Board. With members representing the regions, all sectors and unions, the PMC is co-chaired by an assistant deputy minister (ADM) and the Director General of the Human Resources Branch.
