The Quebec Landlords Association (APQ) exists since 1984 and has more than 13,000 members. The APQ has always had the mission of defending the rights and interests of rental housings' owners in Quebec. The members of the APQ can enjoy many benefits from their association, including legal advice provided by full time lawyers and legal assistants while enjoying preferential rates to be represented in front of the Régie du logement.
