RAC is a multi-stakeholder group established in early 1999 to follow-up on the direction and recommendations of the Oil Sands Mining End Land Use Committee. The purpose of RAC is to make integrated and regionally sound recommendations regarding reclamation and appropriate end land uses. Le RAC est un groupe multilatéral qui a été créé au début de 1999 pour donner suite aux recommandations de l'Oil Sands Mining End Land Use Committee. Sa fonction est de faire des recommandations intégrées et cohérentes à l'échelle régionale en ce qui concerne la remise en état et l'utilisation appropriée des terrains.
