Développement Technique Probatoire de Trubomeca, soutenu par la DPAC dédié essentiellement au développement technologique d'une turbine HP mono étage refroidie pour turbomoteur d'hélicoptère. Lancé en 1999, il fait suite, avec des objectifs plus ambitieux, au programme VESTA . Le nouvel étage de turbine HP fera l'objet en 2003 d'essais en générateur de gaz, associé à un compresseur bicentrifuge. Le programme se terminera en 2004 par des essais en moteur complet en intégrant une turbine de puissance bi-étage lente et une technologie innovante de palier arrière inter arbres.
