Service effectué par un militaire soit dans une zone de service spécial désignée au titre de l'article 69 [de la Loi sur les mesures de réinsertion et d'indemnisation des militaires et vétérans des Forces canadiennes], soit dans le cadre d'une opération de service spécial désignée au titre de l'article 70 [de la Loi], pendant la période visée par la désignation.
