The Public Service Commission's Technical Aid Loan Bank (TALB) provides consultation on technical aids and job accommodations within the federal public service. TALB also makes short term loans of technical aids in circumstances where the purchase of assistive devices is not feasible, for instance, during term positions, assignments and training and as an interim measure while a department determines equipment suitability before purchasing.

Administré par la Commission de la fonction publique, le Dépôt central d'aides techniques (DCAT) offre des services de consultation sur les aides techniques et les aménagements spéciaux pour les personnes handicapées dans la fonction publique fédérale.
