Thermal test: This test is performed on a package that has been subjected to the mechanical test. The package is subjected to a heat flux, incident directly on the package, not less than that which would result from exposure for 30 minutes of the entire package to a radiation environment of 800°C with an emissivity coefficient of at least 0.9.
