Réaction d'immunité humorale. La combinaison antigène-anticorps susceptible de fixer le complément forme des immuncomplexes qui se déposent dans les parois vasculaires où ils provoquent une inflammation (phénomène d'Arthus). Les anticorps sont des IgG ou des IgM de type précipitant; les manifestations pathologiques apparaissent après quelques heures et la réaction est dite semi-retardée.
