[Le dispositif de transfert de charges] C'est un dispositif dynamique car la génération de charges en volume et en surface a tendance à remplir les puits vides (0 transformés en 1). Pour cela il faut conserver les 0 pendant un temps limité [...] avant de les régénérer en bout de D.T.C. Par ailleurs, le transfert de plot à plot est incomplet et on est donc limité dans le nombre des plots utilisables (dégradation du 1 et du 0 au-delà de 500 à 1 000 plots). On parle d'inefficacité de transfert entre plots.
