On crée une «bulle tropicale» chauffée à 30 degrés où, entre les palmiers, une énorme piscine offre des jeux d'eau, des pataugeoires, des toboggans pour chaque tranche d'âge. Dans l'ambiance exotique de la bulle, on installe des flamants roses et des perroquets, mais aussi un supermarché, des restaurants, des bars et des boutiques. Plus de soixante activités (squash, tennis, équitation, vélo, etc.) sont proposées à la carte.
