De nos jours, des maux tels que le terrorisme ne connaissent pas de frontières. C'est pourquoi le Canada et les États-Unis doivent renforcer la surveillance sur les réserves de vaccins et créer de nouveaux vaccins et médicaments qui pourraient aider les services de santé publique en cas d'attaques ou d'urgences épidémiologiques.
