Les pinces réutilisables Weloc s'inscrivent dans la tendance actuelle, qui consiste à supprimer le gaspillage des conditionnements externes pour passer aux emballages laminés, pour lesquels il faut souvent un système de fermeture. L'environnement y gagne aussi, d'une part parce que ces pinces sont réutilisables, mais aussi parce qu'employées sur des sacs de grand format, elles rendent possible l'utilisation de gros conditionnements économiques tout en conservant la fraîcheur du contenu, ce qui réduit le volume des déchets.
