Established January 1984. On April 1, 1986 it absorbed some functions of the former Manpower Division, including the Women's Services Branch. Become part of the new Saskatchewan Human Resources, Labour and Employment on February 1, 1987. Name changed July 1987 to Women's Directorate; reverted October 1989 from Women's Directorate.
