The Surrey RCMP's Youth Intervention Program is a pre-charge diversion and prevention program for youth aged 9-17 involved in minor and in most cases, non-violent offences. The program originates from the belief that understanding the underlying causes of youth crime can help build on the strengths of the offending youth and their family within a community setting.

OBS
