Canadian Girls in Training - CGIT: is a group of teenage girls in grades 7 to 12. [The group] provides a warm, accepting environment where girls can share their dreams, understand how to develop their own personalities, share their problems, find solutions and make good friends. [It] provides opportunities for girls to develop leadership skills by particpating in group discussions, leading group activities, attending camps, rallies and leadership training sessions. [The association] helps girls to develop their own self-esteem by helping them grow physically, mentally and spiritually. [The group] assists girls to find opportunities to learn how to help others [and] shows girls how to become Christ-centered to live life with a 'purpose.'
