Multilateral Organizations Performance Assessment Network (MOPAN). The Survey is carried out under the MOPAN HQ Group, composed of representatives from the headquarters of each MOPAN member. The MOPAN Secretariat plays an administrative and orchestrating role for the Survey. Austria headed the Secretariat in 2007, and the UK will be taking on this role in 2008.
